We provide complimentary free delivery within the CH66 postcode. Further afield we apply a small charge in the CH1- CH65 postcode areas.

If you live further afield, contact us to discuss if we can arrange delivery, this will be subject to a fee.

We strive to provide the best service possible and ensure that our products are delivered and installed with the utmost care and precision. However, we would like to inform our customers that the condition of the ground at the installation site plays a crucial role in achieving a level and stable foundation for our products.

All our products are made by hand in our workshop. Our products are built on solid, level platform to ensure they are sturdy, solid, and level.

Please be aware that the levelness and stability of the ground are factors beyond our control. We strongly recommend that customers ensure the site is properly prepared and level before the scheduled installation date. Any discrepancies in ground level may result in difficulties during the installation process and could affect the performance and longevity of the product.

It is the responsibility of the customer to assess the site and address any necessary ground preparation to ensure a successful installation. We encourage open communication with our team to discuss any concerns or questions regarding site conditions to minimise potential issues. While Dan and Laura will make every effort to address minor discrepancies on-site, significant ground levelling issues may require additional work or adjustment, which could incur extra costs and time. We offer free delivery and install* on receipt of item. Should we deem the area of install not suitable we may refuse to erect item and leave it flat packed with instructions if an alternative cannot be agreed. We can come back to erect but this visit will be charged.
